Introducing a field trip program at the Greensboro Ice House!

This program caters to Pre-School through First Grade students as well as "Mom’s
Morning Out” groups. Activities include ice skating, playing in the snow and sled rides!

A cookie and hot cocoa will be served to chilly little ones during story time - held at the
conclusion of on-ice events. Cost is just $8 per person (minimum of 10 required) and includes
skate rental.

The children learn about the sport of ice skating, enjoy a little show and tell about skating equipment, listen to a cute story about a skater's first visit to an ice rink, enjoy playing in the snow, taking sled rides and learning a few basics about how to skate.  At the conclusion of the visit, children warm-up with hot cocoa and a cookie!  Teachers and chaperones are welcome to participate in this unique outing!
